Mick Cope - Career Coaching

Coaching is a process where one person is engaged to help someone help themselves. It is about listening, supporting, challenging and providing a catalyst to make things happen. People employ coaches to unblock parts of their life that have stalled and help release potential they have yet to discover.

Mick uses the exclusive Collaborative Coaching framework - that has been successfully applied in a wide range of private, public, charitable and sporting sectors.

He provides coaching support across a wide range of business, personal and career areas. The added value comes from the use of a proven coaching framework combined with the support of content from a range of books published in partnership with Pearson/FT.

The core belief is that the prime role of any coach is to - 'teach as you coach'. By ensuring that the client understands the coaching process,  the coach can leave them in a position where they relinquish any dependency on the coach. This ensures that the client and not the coach is always in control and that the change is both successful and sustainable.
