Delivering Value through Sustainable Change

Using the 7Cs of Consulting framework

Your need

  • You want to understand some of the core issues that drive a successful change programme

  • You want to understand why the last 5 projects failed to deliver sustainable value

  • You want to learn a practical and effective tool to help understand and influence the change projects you are responsible for

Background

Change is now the one thing that everyone needs to understand and manage well, but seems to cause the most heartache for managers, consultants and change agents. So often we see business transformation processes that appear to be successful, but on closer inspection offer fixes that fail.

The 7 Cs programme is constructed around a number of dynamic stages, each of which is used to indicate a different aspect within the consultancy life cycle. Each stage represents a particular phase that any change consultancy process will follow. Within each stage a set of sub-elements and diagnostic tools are used to enhance the engagement process. These all come together to form a total framework that will act as a guide to any engagement.

Benefits to you and your organisation

By the end of the programme the delegates will understand:

  • The generic pattern that underpins a successful consultancy engagement.

  • The factors that contribute to a successful and sustainable change programme.

  • How the Change Ladder acts as a systems model and impacts the potential sustainability of a client project

The business benefit will be:

  • Improved market opportunities through the delivery of change that is sustainable.

  • Enhanced client relationships through the application of a shared framework.

Who should participate

  • Managers/change agents and consultants from all disciplines that are involved in leading client-focused change.

  • HR teams who are making the shift toward a client facing or account management model

  • IT teams who are taking on internal client facing work

Programme costs

The following prices are based on a delegate rate and on the assumption that the client provides training and residential accommodation for the delegates and all tutor costs. The 1-day event costs £199 with a minimum of 10 people.
